Việt Nam-ASIA DX Summit 2022 to be held this month

HÀ NỘI — The Việt Nam-ASIA DX Summit 2022 will be held on May 24 and 25 with the theme "Synergizing The Digital Transformation".

The Ministry of Information and Communications said this would be the year of accelerating digital transformation as a driving force for the development of the economy.

The forum will be held for the first time on a regional scale with five activities and 22 seminar sessions.

It is expected to attract 3,000 invited delegates to attend in person and over 10,000 delegates online.

In addition to the desire to bring international digital transformation experiences to Vietnamese agencies and organisations, Việt Nam Software and IT Services Association (Vinasa) also wishes to promote the connection and development cooperation between domestic and international digital technology enterprises.

"Our expectation is to gather as many resources as possible from the public sector, the private sector to international organisations, from entrepreneurs, information technology teams to experts, from experiences to business financial resources to accelerate digital transformation,” said Nguyễn Văn Khoa, Vinasa chairman.

Resources and especially digital enterprises need to sit together, cooperate, link and clearly define roles to create complete digital ecosystems, suitable for Vietnamese organisations and enterprises, he added. — VNS
