By extending the grace period for premium payment we hope to help ease the financial difficulties of customers during these challenging times, providing them peace of mind and more importantly, continued protection amid the COVID-19 outbreak”.
The COVID pandemic continues to substantially impact the public’s ability to carry on with its normal course of business. Prudential is encouraging its customers to utilise online transactions to limit in-person contact and ensure compliance with the Government's regulations on epidemic prevention.
