DPRK – USA Hanoi Summit journalists offered free airfare and five-star accommodations

Foreign and domestic reporters working at the International Media Center in Hà Nội during the ongoing DPRK – USA Hanoi Summit will receive free domestic airline tickets and accommodation at a five-star resort.

HÀ NỘI — Foreign and domestic reporters working at the International Media Centre in Hà Nội during the ongoing DPRK – USA Hanoi Summit will receive free domestic airline tickets and accommodation at a five-star resort.

The special gifts were announced by national carrier Vietnam Airlines and Vinpearl in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) on Thursday.

Reporters can choose a Vietnam Airlines domestic ticket package and a free two-night stay in the Vinpearl five-star resort system at Vinpearl Resort and Golf Nam Hội An, Vinpearl Resort and Golf Phú Quốc or Vinpearl Resort and Spa Nha Trang.

Journalists who hold a Ministry of Foreign Affairs journalism card can register for a gift package at the VNAT booth in the International Media Centre, 91 Trần Hưng Đạo, Hà Nội.

The joint effort of Vietnam Airlines, Vinpearl and VNAT aims to promote the development of tourism and Việt Nam’s integration process.

By inviting representatives of the international media to enjoy the beauty of Việt Nam, VNAT believes this activity will contribute to promoting the country around the world.

According to the Ministry of Information and Communications, there are nearly 3,000 international reporters representing more than 200 news agencies from nearly 40 countries and territories in town to cover the DPRK – USA Hanoi Summit. — VNS
