Firms asked to start internal audits

Listed companies and public enterprises owned fully or partially by the State are required to start internal audits on April 1, 2019.

The Government's recognition of this has led to the issuance of Decree No 05/2010/ND-CP in January of this year, regulating the application of the Law on Bankruptcy to credit institutions.
