Vietnamese film week to feature outstanding works

Some of the best Vietnamese movies will be screened for free in the run-up to the 22nd Vietnam Film Festival. A film week will be held both in the capital city of Hà Nội and the central city of Đà Nẵng between November 10-16.

The Việt Nam Film Institute (VFI) is offering nine State-funded Vietnamese films made during different periods for free screening on YouTube.

Cha Cõng Con director to release new film

The film Thành Phố Ngủ Gật (Drowsy City) will be introduced at various international film festivals before its national premiere in June, director Lương Đình Dũng confirmed yesterday in Hà Nội.

TPD to screen ’The White Ribbon’
