HÀ NỘI — Students in various localities in grades 7 to 12 returned to school from March 21 after a period of online learning due to a surge in COVID-19 cases.
Earlier, those from grades 1 to 6 in 18 suburban districts and towns of Hà Nội restarted online learning from February 28 as part of local efforts to curb COVID transmission.
In the northern province of Tuyên Quang, 7th and 12th graders will continue to attend in-person and online classes according to plans by the provincial Department of Education and Training. Kindergarteners will remain at home while students from grades 1 to 6 will study online.
In northern Bắc Ninh Province, elementary and secondary schools have been asked to devise plans for in-person classes.
Students of grades 9 to 12 in the Central Highlands province of Đắk Lắk returned to school from March 21, while all students in the central province of Nghệ An are set to go back to school from April 4.
