The NA dismissed several members of the NA Standing Committee by secret ballot.

Việt Nam’s permanent mission to the United Nations (UN) in New York and Geneva recently sent diplomatic notes to the UN and countries informing them of the candidacy of Ambassador Nguyễn Hồng Thao to the International Law Commission (ILC) for the 2023-27 tenure, marking the start of his campaign for re-election to the important UN body.

In the letter, PM Hun Sen expressed his thanks to the Vietnamese Government and people for the donation to assist Cambodia in combating COVID-19 as well as PM Phúc’s kind words of encouragement in his letter dated March 31.

Politburo member and Minister of Finance Đinh Tiến Dũng has been assigned by the Political Bureau as Secretary of the Party Committee of Hà Nội to replace Politburo member Vương Đình Huệ who was elected Chairman of the National Assembly last week.
