Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc has underlined ASEAN’s commitment to promoting and elevating its strategic partnership and comprehensive co-operation with Japan for peace, stability and prosperity in the region.

Measures to promote co-operation between Việt Nam and China topped the agenda at an international conference in Hà Nội on Wednesday.
