Reopening to tourists raises fears for labour shortage in Đà Nẵng

Đà Nẵng City, a magnet for tourism, plans to welcome visitors in November. This is good news for many but some businesses are concerned about a shortage of tourism staff. Due to COVID-19, many had been forced to close and their employees were made redundant. Tourism experts say training for workers is needed for tourism to recover.

Veteran artist keeps water puppetry alive

HCM City starts river tour to Cần Giờ

The Saigontourist Group on October 24 launched a river tour from Bạch Đằng wharf in downtown HCM City to  tourist attractions in Cần Giờ District, one of the first efforts to revive the tourism sector as the city eases COVID-19 curbs.
