HCM CITY — Dozens of several and young singers in HCM City will perform in a special music TV show on Sunday to celebrate Valentine’s Day.    

The event, called Thay Lời Muốn Nói (What I Want to Say), will feature pop stars Đức Tuấn and Mỹ Hạnh, young singers Vicky Nhung, Thu Trang and Võ Hạ Trâm, and the dance troupe Ngọc Trai Việt.

Romantic songs composed by famous musicians like Thanh Tùng, Đức Trí, Khắc Hưng and Võ Thiện Thanh will be included.

Singers and dancers will also perform new songs in pop, dance and electronic music with themes related to youth, love and life.

Featured songs include Nuối Tiếc (Missing You), Thiên Đường Gọi Tên (Heaven), Đường Xưa (Old Melody) and Tình Tự Mùa Xuân (Love in Spring).

Music by violinist Hạnh Phúc and guitarist Hoàng Minh will be also featured.

“I want to show my love for the country and people,” said singer Vicky Nhung, who will appear with 20 dancers in the show.
