HÀ NỘI — Today, the Hanoia Culture Space will host a talk with two guest speakers – former French Ambassador Jean Noel Poirier, and veteran Hanoian photographer Nguyễn Hữu Bảo.
During the talk entitled Hà Nội – My Love, the former diplomat and the local artist will discuss their love for Viet Nam’s capital. The two guests and the audience will share interesting and strange things about the centuries-old city.
Poirier lived in Viet Nam for more than 10 years. With his love for the country, he made a documentary named Mon Hanoi (My Hanoi), about the city he has great affection for.
Photographer Bảo is a life-long Hanoian. For the past 40 years, he has patiently taken photos of Hà Nội, like a visual historian depicting the ups and downs of the city.
The free admission event will start from 3pm. Hanoia Culture Space is at 38 Hàng Đào Street. — VNS
