French Michelin-starred chef Raphael Le Mancq (third left) conducts a cooking class with local women entrepreneurs in Hà Nội yesterday. The celebrated chef, who has flown in from the snowy region of Haute-Savoie in France at the invitation of Journeys to the East – a luxury destination management company – will share the taste of France with people in Việt Nam at the Gout de France on Monday night. Le Mancq will present a menu specially created for the event for one night only, featuring delicacies that he brought with him from France such as Label Rouge chicken breast from Ancenis, mountain air dried beef from the Alps, asparagus from the Gard, Britanny scallops, and rare dried morels from the South of France. The exclusive dinner will be held at Villa la Rose, 160 Từ Hoa Road, Tây Hồ District, Hà Nội.
