EVN to take over $1.7b plant

Electricity of Việt Nam (EVN) will replace the Việt Nam Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam) as the developer of Quảng Trạch 1 Thermoelectric Plant in central Quảng Bình Province, according to a decision issued by Prime Minister Nguyễn Xuân Phúc.
