SBV needs to speed up bad debt resolution

Vingroup and NAPAS offer promotion for Vinmart

 Vingroup co-operated with the National Payment Corporation of Việt Nam (NAPAS) to launch a promotion programme offering major reimbursements for customers who pay via NAPAS domestic cards issued by Vietnamese banks including debit, credit, prepay cards or VinID customer card. Customers can recoup up to 30 per cent of the value of their bill when shopping at Vinmart supermarket nationwide.
