HCM CITY – Phú Mỹ Hưng Development Corporation and Tâm Anh General Hospital Group on Thursday singed an agreement to develop the Tâm Anh High-tech General and Oncology Hospital in Phú Mỹ Hưng City Centre in District 7 of HCM City.

Accordingly, the Tâm Anh High-tech General and Oncology Hospital project, which will be developed on an area of 82,000 sq.m, will feature 1,000 hospital beds, with a total investment of approximately US$300 million. The hospital is expected to begin operations by 2028, aiming to enhance specialised, high-tech medical care for residents of HCM City and the southern region.

"The presence of the Tâm Anh High-Tech General and Oncology Hospital, with its large scale, modern equipment, and highly specialised medical staff, will contribute to improving the quality of life for the Phú Mỹ Hưng community and surrounding areas. At the same time, it will add value to the city centre, fulfilling Phú Mỹ Hưng’s vision of a city offering integrated healthcare, education, culture, commerce, and entertainment amenities," said Gary Tseng, President of Phú Mỹ Hưng Corporation.

Designed to meet international standards, the hospital will feature cutting-edge medical technology for both general and specialised treatments, particularly in oncology.

It is set to become a state-of-the-art cancer treatment centre, bringing together various specialties and advanced technologies, including laboratory testing, diagnostic imaging, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and stem cell therapy.
