HÀ NỘI — A workshop has been told that as the aircraft and aerospace manufacturing industries are relatively new in Việt Nam, enterprises granted the Aerospace Quality Management System - AS9100 certification will have access to the global production chain in this field.

“Hà Nội Department of Industry and Trade hopes that businesses will focus on research, promote investment and soon have solutions to apply AS9100 Certification - Aerospace Industry Quality Management System to production and qualified for participating in domestic and international production chains," said Thắng.

Onaga Masaru, chairman of Onaga Vietnam Company, said the aircraft manufacturing industry is a relatively new field in Việt Nam and currently, there is no domestic manufacturer qualified to participate in the aircraft supply chain.
