Đồng Nai is calling for investments in three social housing projects in 2024 as part of an effort to to develop 12 social housing projects with a total of more than 13,000 apartment units for low-income earners and workers by 2025.

HÀ NỘI — Đồng Nai is calling for investments in three social housing projects in 2024 part of an effort to develop 12 social housing projects with a total of more than 13,000 apartment units for low-income earners and workers by 2025.

The first project covers 2.4 ha in the relocation area of Long Bình Ward, Biên Hoà City with 1,248 apartments and a total investment, excluding compensation and relocation for site clearance, of more than VNĐ1.135 trillion (US$46.14 million).

The second is in Trảng Bom Town which will be developed in an area of 3.5 ha, with more than 950 apartments worth around VNĐ733 billion.

The third project covers more than 6,400 sq.m in Tam Hiệp Ward, Biên Hoà City with an investment of VNĐ648 billion.
