HÀ NỘI — Facebook introduced a new feature that should make it easier for businesses to interact with their customers through Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.

To help users better manage information and save time, the social network introduced the new feature allowing all messages in one application.

The updated feature will help business users to talk with customers in an easy way.

Previously, users had to spend a lot of time to manage their Facebook page, Instagram account and Messenger box in separate applications. Statistics from Facebook show that it receives about five billion comments, messages and posts monthly. — VNS
