Développement International Desjardins (DID) is a non-government-organization which belongs to Desjardins Group in Canada. It was established with a mission to support the cooperative credit model in the world in general and in Vietnam in particular. It has implemented several projects in Vietnam since 1993 to assist the People's Credit Fund network in its establishment and development.

Développement International Desjardins (DID) là tổ chức phi chính phủ, thuộc tập đoàn Desjardins tại Canada. Tổ chức được thành lập với mục tiêu là hỗ trợ hệ thống QTDND trên toàn thế giới nói chung và tại Việt Nam nói riêng. DID đã tham gia vào nhiều dự án thành lập và phát triển hệ thống QTDND tại Việt Nam từ năm 1993.

DID has operated in Vietnam since 2016 in collaboration with the Cooperative Bank of Vietnam to implement a project to support strengthening the People's Credit Fund network (STEP) in Vietnam. The STEP was funded mainly by the Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

Từ năm 2016, Ngân hàng Hợp tác và DID cùng nhau triển khai và thực hiện dự án “Đẩy mạnh hệ thống Quỹ tín dụng nhân dân (QTDND) – STEP”. Dự án STEP được tài trợ hoàn toàn bởi Bộ các vấn đề toàn cầu Canada (GAC).

To provide technical assistance and support to Co-opBank to strengthen the PCF safety fund mechanism, STEP intends during the next period to mobilize a consultant to carry out a preliminary analysis based on an inventory of its legal, structural, financial, and operational elements.

Để hỗ trợ kỹ thuật và giúp đỡ NHHT trong việc tăng cường hiệu quả hoạt động của Quỹ bảo toàn của hệ thống QTDND, dự án STEP dự kiến sẽ thuê một công ty tư vấn để thực hiện việc rà soát các yếu tố pháp lý, cấu trúc và hoạt động liên quan đến Quỹ bảo toàn.

The preliminary key findings and information collected during this activity will then allow the project to carry out, if necessary, more in-depth analysis and to introduce some recommendations based on Desjardins’s experiences.

Những phát hiện chính cùng những thông tin thu thập được từ việc rà soát này sẽ cho phép dự án đánh giá, phân tích chuyên sâu (nếu cần), và đưa ra những khuyến nghị dựa trên kinh nghiệm hoạt động của Desjardins.

Interested consultants should submit their Proposal clearly stating proposed methodology and compliance with requested minimum qualifications for this assignment. We will select an audit firm that provides the Proposal with the most competitive quotation.
