The benchmark VN-Index on the Hồ Chí Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE) dropped nearly 1.0 per cent to close at 859.71 points, totalling a two-day decline of 1.33 per cent.
The VN-Index stepped down from a three-day increase of a total 1.97 per cent between June 18 and June 22.
The VN-Index had advanced a total of 1.92 per cent in the first two trading days of the week.
