Bò nướng Nha Trang (Nha Trang grilled beef)

Ingredients: for four persons
Australian or Vietnamese fillet beef: 1kg
Chilli sauce: 5ml
Melted butter: 50-70gr
Soy sauce: 2ml
Minced garlic: 5gr
Sesame oil: 5ml
Fish sauce: 3gr
Crimson oil : 2gr
Fermented wine: 5gr

Step 1: Rinse the beef in cold water, let it dry and dice, but not too thick.
Step 2: Marinate the beef with the above-mentioned ingredients for at least 3-4 hours or overnight.
If you want to give the dish a spicy kick, add Korean chilli powder. For Vietnamese beef you should use 10ml of pineapple juice in the mix to make it softer.
Step 3: You can grill the on charcoal or an electric grill. Remember to turn it regularly to avoid burning the meat.
Step 4: Serve on a big plate and top with herbs. Best to try it after grilling with green chili salt or salt and black pepper. The dish should be eaten with vegetables, salad and bread.
