Việt Nam records 13 new COVID-19 cases on Monday

Vietnam reported 13 new COVID-19 cases over the past 12 hours to 6pm on Monday, March 1, raising the national tally to 2,461, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

HCM City invests in six major environmental sanitation projects

The HCM City Urban Environment Company Limited (CITENCO) and HCM City Finance and Investment State-owned Company (HFIC) on Tuesday (Feb 23) signed a strategic co-operation agreement to implement projects related to urban environmental sanitation during the 2021-2025 period.

13 new cases reported on Monday

Thirteen new cases reported, including eight community infections in Hải Dương which are already quarantined. The other five were imported cases. Sixteen people have recovered.

University lecturer works to reduce plastic waste

Nguyễn Hữu Nhân, a lecturer of Việt Nam RMIT University, started a project named 'Refill Đây' (Refill Here) to work with manufacturing businesses to set up mobile refilling stores for retail products such as detergent, cosmetics, spices and dried foods in residential areas so people can bring use own containers to reduce plastic waste.
