95 new COVID-19 cases reported on Tuesday morning

The 95 new COVID-19 cases were detected in Hồ Chí Minh City(58), Phú Yên (18), Long An (8), Bắc Giang (4), Hà Tĩnh (3), Nghệ An (2), Trà Vinh (1), Vĩnh Long (1); 89 of these were found in locked down or quarantine areas.
