HÀ NỘI — The Ministry of Public Security has opened a hotline to receive complaints relating to corruption and wrongdoings committed by police officers.

Agencies, organisations and individuals can report incidents to the ministry on 0692342593.

The information provided must be in Vietnamese, and a full name, address and telephone number must be included.

Reports will be discounted if providers do not declare their full name, address and telephone number, or supply insufficient, vague or unsubstantiated information. They will also be discounted if callers insult the officers on duty. Complaints not related to corruption will also be excluded. — VNS
