Police in the province of Hà Giang have arrested two people suspected of illegally selling and storing nearly 650kg of fireworks.

Rescue forces have found one body identified as the crewman of the Hải Thành 26 ship which sank at sea off southern Vũng Tàu City three days ago, said an official from the Việt Nam Maritime Search and Rescue Co-ordination Centre.
