NEW DELHI — Secretary (East) at the Indian Ministry of External Affairs Jaideep Mazumdar has affirmed that the defence cooperation with Việt Nam is a very important pillar.
Addressing an August 1 special briefing on Vietnamese Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính’s India visit, Mazumdar said defence industry cooperation has emerged as a very significant area, and that discussions included defence technology transfer.
