The beauty pageant was held as part of the Ban Flower Festival 2019 in Điện Biên Phủ City, which ended on Monday.

“I will try my best to become a tour guide to promote the beauty and customs of Điện Biên. I will find ways to attract more tourists to the locality,” said Vui, who is working at the province’s Department of Education and Training.

The runner-up and second runner-up were Lê Thùy Trang from Điện Biên Phủ City and Lò Thị Hải Yến from Mường Chà District, respectively.
