$210 million mobilised via October 28 G-bond auction

A total of VNĐ4.87 trillion (US$210 million) was mobilised for the State Treasury through a Government bond auction at the Hà Nội Stock Exchange (HNX) on Wednesday.

HÀ NỘI — A total of VNĐ4.87 trillion (US$210 million) was mobilised for the State Treasury through a Government bond auction at the Hà Nội Stock Exchange (HNX) on Wednesday.

The Treasury offered VNĐ8 trillion worth of G-bonds, including VNĐ2 trillion worth of seven-year bonds, VNĐ3.5 trillion of 15-year bonds, VNĐ1 trillion of 20-year bonds and VNĐ1.5 trillion of 30-year bonds.

It raised VNĐ250 billion worth of seven-year bonds with an annual yield rate of 1.55 per cent, down 0.35 per cent from the auction on March 11.

It mobilised VNĐ3.5 trillion worth of 15-year bonds with an annual yield rate of 2.76 per cent, up 0.02 per cent from the previous auction on October 21.

A total of VNĐ720 billion was mobilised from 20-year bonds with an annual interest rate of 3.02 per cent, unchanged from the October 21 auction.

Bonds with 30-year maturity raised VNĐ400 billion with an annual interest rate of 3.25 per cent, unchanged from the previous auction on October 21.
