NINH THUẬN — ANARA Bình Tiên Biosphere Resort has officially signed a cooperation agreement with NALUX Development, Bình Tiên JSC, and Swiss-Belhotel International Hotels & Resorts to develop a world-class resort project in Ninh Thuận Province.

The signing ceremony, which took place in Ninh Thuận earlier this month, was attended by Trần Quốc Nam, Chairman of the Ninh Thuận Provincial People's Committee, other local officials, trade partners, financial institutions, planning and construction units, real estate experts, and representatives from Sacombank – the associated bank for the project.

ANARA Bình Tiên Biosphere Resort is set to evolve into a luxurious, eco-friendly resort. It is uniquely situated in a geomantic setting 'backed by mountains, facing the sea, nestled within the majestic Núi Chúa National Park – a UNESCO-recognised biosphere reserve – and adjacent to Bình Tiên Beach, renowned as one of Việt Nam’s most beautiful, boasting over three kilometres of pristine white sand. Featuring an internationally standard 18-hole golf course that is already operational, ANARA Bình Tiên is attracting a steady stream of visitors, both domestic and international. With a commitment to sustainable development and the conservation of natural resources, ANARA Bình Tiên aims to become the premier eco-resort in southcentral Việt Nam.

ANARA Bình Tiên, spanning up to 200 hectares, is planned to be developed into a high-end, natural-friendly integrated resort. The project features an 80-hectare international-standard 18-hole golf course, a beachfront commercial entertainment area, high-end hotels, along with a wide range of other top-notch amenities.

Representatives of Bình Tiên Investment and Tourism Joint Stock Company, Swiss-Belhotel International Hotels & Resorts, and NALUX Development officially signed the cooperation agreement.

The collaboration between ANARA Bình Tiên Biosphere Resort and its partners aims to enhance service quality and provide guests with an international-standard experience at the complex, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Chairman Nam underscored the strategic significance of the cooperation agreement between ANARA Bình Tiên Biosphere Resort and its partners. He said: “This partnership marks a crucial milestone and opens the door for bringing this world-class project closer to both domestic and international visitors, contributing directly to local socio-economic development, enhancing the profile of Ninh Thuận, and ensuring sustainable growth in the region’s tourism sector.”

ANARA Bình Tiên Resort is a gem amidst Bình Tiên’s pristine beauty. Also at the signing ceremony, Gavin M. Faull, Chairman of Swiss-Belhotel International (SBI), pledged to bring a touch of sophistication and luxury to the ANARA Bình Tiên project with SBI’s extensive experience in hospitality.
