From March 18–20, the Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 will take place at the International Centre for Exhibition (ICE) in Hanoi. Participating in the exhibition, the Italian Trade Agency in Vietnam will showcase a pavilion featuring 16 leading businesses from Italy's food industry.

Over the three days of the exhibition, Italian businesses will display and introduce a range of attractive and impressive products, “full of Italian flavour”, such as: pasta, pasta sauces, pestos, canned tomatoes and sauces, legumes and vegetable products, condiments, grains and spreads, extra virgin olive oils, balsamic vinegar, vegetables preserved in oil or vinegar, typical Italian Ladyfingers, biscuits, croissants, panettone, breadsticks, pizza flour, truffle products, fresh truffles, Sicilian specialties used as antipasti, jams, and sweet pistachio, chocolate or ricotta cheese creams; organic flours made from wheat with ancient Italian traditions, such as Durum, Manitoba, spelt, dicoccum, kamut (Khorasan), Cappelli drum, and also GF rice, oat, chickpea, and buckwheat flours; artichokes; as well as production and distribution services of Italian food and specialty products for Ho.Re.Ca professionals...
