On September 24th, 2020, Vingroup held the commencement ceremony for Zone A - Quang Hanh Tourist, Service and Coastal Urban Area Project in Cam Pha City (Quang Ninh province). Located in the same area with the famous Quang Hanh onsen and the magnificent Bai Tu Long Bay, the project is predicted to become the leading unique and high class marine tourism complex in the region.

Quang Hanh Tourist, Service and Coastal Urban Area project has a planning that covers a total area of 162.17 hectares. The project is located right on the sea arterial road connecting Ha Long - Cam Pha with a view over Bai Tu Long Bay - one of the natural wonders of the world. Specially, it is located in the same area with the precious hot mineral source of Quang Hanh, resulting in a huge advantage as an "all in one" area converging all the quintessence of mountains and sea to become the leading urban area and "resort paradise" in Southeast Asia.

With a total area of about 32.2 hectares and a total investment of more than 2,930 billion VND, Zone A of the project is first commenced and considered as the premise for the main project. Once completed, Zone A will have a system of commercial townhouses, public services and schools to initially create the bustle and attract trade transactions for this new urban area.

The heart of the project will be a hot spring service area with a water park that provides Vietnam's top modern recreational and leisure facilities. Based on the search and exploitation of exceptionally healthy natural mineral springs plus green spaces amid the mountains, the service area will provide indoor and outdoor Japanese-style mineral baths, sauna area, mud baths, therapeutic service area and restaurants. Furthermore, a water park will enable families to experience many dynamic and exciting entertainment activities.

In the west of this area, Vingroup Group will build a complex of hotels, amusement park and a system of tourist boats. "Located in the middle of the mountains with a view to the sea", this luxury resort center will bring the most interesting experiences for visitors who want to discover the majestic and pristine landscape on Bai Tu Long Bay - the best tourist destinations in the area with hundreds of large and small islands.

The highlight of the complex is luxury villas on isolated islands and coastal villas around the islands with natural harmony. Distinctly, inspired by the world's famous resort paradises, Vingroup will build these luxury villas as floating villas arranged in a starfish shape in the middle of Bai Tu Long Bay which provide a private, comfortable and 5-star experience to visitors.

Moreover, Vingroup will also invest heavily in the system of green trees, squares, roads and a full service infrastructure to form a high-quality tourist, service and urban area.
