Nguyen Duc Quang, deputy chief executive officer of Vinhomes JSC, said: “We fully believe in the future of this cooperation. The prestige and experience of the leading real estate developer in Viet Nam and the reputation of Mitsubishi Corporation in particular and the world-renowned Japanese standards in general promise to create a different and humane lifestyle."
Quang added that the cooperation between the two prestigious companies would contribute to making Vinhomes Grand Park and Vinhomes Ocean Park the most livable, world-class megacities in Viet Nam.
As an outstanding great park city in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Vinhomes Grand Park has endless green space from a series of parks covering an area of up to 36 hectares and a light garden inspired by Gardens by the Bay (Singapore).
Only a short time after its official handover and operation (since mid-2020), Vinhomes Grand Park has attracted nearly 20,000 residents, forming a bustling resort town with a wide range of facilities in the East of Ho Chi Minh City.
Vinhomes Grand Park makes a strong impression on foreign investors thanks to its perfect connections. The metro Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien Line 1 is a connection point that was crucial to Mitsubishi deciding on investing in two projects the Origami and the Miyako of Vinhomes Grand Park.
In Ha Noi, Vinhomes Ocean Park was recognized by the Guinness World Records as a megacity with the world’s largest man-made saltwater and freshwater lakes with white sand.
Vinhomes also impresses customers and investors with a complete "all-in-one" service utility system by an ecosystem including Vincom Vinschool, Vinmec, VinUni, Vinbus, green space and wide water surface.
As the largest urban area developed by Vinhomes, Vinhomes Ocean Park has a perfect connection infrastructure with metro Line 8 - an indispensable element for such a Japanese investor as Mitsubishi.
At present, Vinhomes Ocean Park has also attracted nearly 30,000 residents, forming an "Ocean District" - a new center in the East of Ha Noi City.
