Việt Nam has fulfilled its role as non-permanent  member of the United Nations Security Council for the 2020-2021 tenure with concrete actions to solve conflicts, protect civilians and support vulnerable groups in conflicts, especially women and children, the Minister of Foreign Affairs Bùi Thanh Sơn announced at a press briefing on Monday in Hà Nội.
