The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) has been working with authorities, domestic airlines, and representative agencies in Ukraine and surrounding areas to make plans to ensure the security, safety, and conditions for evacuating Vietnamese citizens from combat zones in Ukraine and repatriating them.
