HÀ NỘI - Vietnamese authorities have always closely followed developments in the East Sea, resolutely and persistently implemented measures to manage and enforce laws at sea in accordance with international law.

In recent days, fishermen have reported to press agencies that the Chinese ship Haiyang Dizhi 4 is operating in Việt Nam's exclusive economic zone.
