Quán Ăn Ngon restaurants join International Food Fest 2017, held for the first time in Hà Nội  on April 7-9.

HÀ NỘI — The International Food Festival will be held for the first time in Hà Nội on April 7-9, featuring Quán Ăn Ngon restaurants and other top food providers.

Visitors will have a good chance to enjoy more than 1,000 Vietnamese and foreign dishes and 200 sorts of beverages.

Quán Ăn Ngon Restaurant chain will join the fest with its four trademarks. They include Món Ngon Sài Thành (Sài Gòn’s Tasty Dishes), Ngon Phố, The Rooftop and Quán Ăn Ngon.

At the fest, they will serve gỏi cuốn tôm thịt (vegetables, shrimp and pork meat wrapped up in rice paper), gỏi bồn bồn tôm thịt (a kind of fruit known as typho orientalis with shrimp and pork meat), gà nướng lu (grilled chicken), bánh tráng Trảng Bàng ( Trảng Bàng girdle cake), chè Thái sầu riêng (Thai durian pudding).

Others include bún riêu ốc (vermicelli and sour snail soup), gỏi bò bóp thấu, nem cua bể (sea crab spring rolls), bún chả kẹp que tre ( vercelli and bamboo stick grilled chopped meat) and chè sương sa hạt lựu ( a special pudding which include ten ingredients such as green bean).

Rooftop-style music will be provided by DJ HuyDX.
