Nine of its projects in Vietnam have received green certification, including Feliz en Vista, d’Edge Thao Dien and Vista Verde in Ho Chi Minh City, and Mulberry Lane and Seasons Avenue in Hanoi.
Heritage West Lake, De La Sol and DEFINE are soon set to be certified by Singapore’s Building & Construction Authority, while SYCAMORE in Binh Duong New City recently received the EDGE Preliminary Certificate.
CLD has been conscientiously fulfilling its social commitments as a responsible corporate citizen.
Since 2007, CLD, through CapitaLand Group’s philanthropic arm CapitaLand Hope Foundation (CHF), has supported various programmes to improve school facilities, access to education and the nutritional needs of students in Vietnam.
CLD and CHF have so far contributed to the refurbishment of four primary schools and kindergartens in Phu Tho, Long An and Hung Yen provinces under the CapitaLand Hope School Programme, benefiting more than 1,400 children.
The refurbishment of a fifth school is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024 in Bac Giang Province.
Lumi Hanoi, CapitaLand Development’s latest high-end residential project in the west of Hanoi, won three awards |
Lumi Hanoi – Best High-End Condo Development (Hanoi), Best High-End Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Landscape Design
Lumi Hanoi, CLD’s latest high-end residential project in the west of Hanoi, won three PropertyGuru VPA awards in the design and development categories for its distinctive design, lush greenery and comprehensive facilities that cater to the needs and aspirations of discerning homebuyers.
It was designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou of Studio Milou, who is also behind the designs of multiple award-winning projects such as the National Gallery of Singapore and National Theatre Centre in Saint Etienne, France.
Recently Studio Milou won the architectural design contest for the Ho Chi Minh City Opera House in Thu Thiem, Thu Duc City.
Lumi Hanoi is Jean-François Milou’s first residential project in Vietnam.
Inspired by “lumière”, the French word for light, Lumi Hanoi is conceptualised to embody the radiance and warmth of the sun, the source of life and a symbol of positivity.
This “city of lights” concept underpins the different parts that make up this masterplan – a sustainable community that harmonises the well-being of its residents, the beauty of nature and the power of technology to become a beacon of Hanoi’s bright future.
The architecture and landscape of Lumi Hanoi follow this light inspiration, with the façade of the different towers thoughtfully curated to break the monotony and provide a visual delight, while the landscape is themed after celestial elements such as sole, aurora and stella.
Lumi Hanoi has around 4,000 units in nine towers that range from 29 to 35 floors.
The project will be developed in phases and offer a wide selection of unit types, ranging from 42 square metres for a one-bedroom unit to 135sq.m for a four-bedroom unit.
There are also duplex units and penthouses ranging in size from 115sq.m to 410sq.m.
