Viva Land has just announced BM WINDOWS will "revive" the new appearance of IFC One, Saigon

IFC One, Saigon (formerly Saigon One Tower), has frozen for over a decade. Viva land, a newly-established real estate investor, has now jumped to revive the venture, with the building renamed IFC One, Saigon.

Investors have paid the tower great attention due to its advantage of being located on the so-called diamond land fund in District 1. It is close to Ton Duc Thang Street and adjacent to the Saigon River.

BM WINDOWS has officially become a contractor to develop the façade of the IFC One, Saigon.

Contractor BM WINDOWS has been recently directly selected by the investor (Viva Land). The 185-meter high-rise building has a concept of modular design of the triangular, creating a unique dragon scale effect.

The challenge of the project is not only the difficulty in technique but it is construction progress, as it is expected to be completed in October 2022. With the participation of BM WINDOWS and the strong determination of the investor (Viva Land), the project's "revival" is nearly reaching completion.

The Nexus Tower is an Office - Trade - Service - Hotel complex developed by a Refico investor. Situated within the busiest and most vibrant area in the "golden land" at Ton Duc Thang street - District 1, the project features a design of three splendid luxury buildings. The tower rests in the heart of HCM City by the side of the Saigon River - the most luxurious area in Saigon.

Contractor BM WINDOWS will build the hotel-office tower of the 35-storey project. The highlight of the tower is the unified system constructed by BM WINDOWS with high-class design and materials meeting Leed Gold standards, one of the most rigorous standards in the construction industry.

BM WINDOWS creates iconic façade design of The Sun Tower

Being one of the only commercial office buildings in the city's new square, the Sun Tower features an iconic design and has become an integral part of HCM City.

The project is positioned as one of the three largest office complexes in the city, with 6-star utility services and luxury apartments exclusively for the elite. Not only owning a prime location.

The Sun Tower also has its own speciality: the City's Metro Line 1 will go underground at the city's new square. This will become a strategic project to promote the city centre and develop an urban axis along the Saigon River.

The 55-storey building will be built by BM WINDOWS with investment from Masterise Homes. With this project, BM WINDOWS will become the first domestic contractor to build the highest building in Việt Nam.
