Vehicles would be banned from using National Highway 1 from Hà Nội to Đồng Đăng Town in northern province of Lạng Sơn From 8am to 5pm on Suturday, the Directorate for Roads of Việt Nam and Traffic Police Department announced on Friday.

Starting this month, Hòa Bình Road that runs through Hòa Bình hydropower plant in the northern province will be restricted to traffic.
