There is nothing more romantic in the chill of autumn than indulging in a deep-lying melody of jazz and sipping a glass of seductive red-stage cocktail! The drink is presented by mixologist Veronese from Cool Cats Jazz Club.
Ingredients: serves 1
30ml Brugal Anejo rum
30ml Cabernet Sauvignon red grape wine
15ml caramel syrup
10ml lemonade
4 raspberry
Star anise and cinnamon to taste

Method:
- In turn pour the rum, grape wine, syrup and lemonade into the cocktail shaker. Then add the rest of the ingredients, shake well, and pour the mix into the glass.
