Việt Nam won two more silver medals at the eighth World Bodybuilding & Physique Federation Championship, which wrapped up in Thailand on December 4.

HÀ NỘI — Việt Nam won two more silver medals at the eighth World Bodybuilding & Physique Federation Championship, which wrapped up in Thailand on December 4.

Lâm Văn Cuôi finished second in the men’s U100kg, while Nguyễn Thế Quý was the runner-up in the men’s 1.60m classic category.

In the three-day competition, Việt Nam won a total of two golds and four silver medals. Earlier, Nguyễn Anh Thông and Vũ Anh Nhật Thụy Khanh Khương triumphed in the men’s U60kg and U55kg category.

Around 300 bodybuilders participated in the tournament. Việt Nam sent 15 players to compete in the men’s and women’s bodybuilding, fitness and physique fitness categories. — VNS
