CÀ MAU — Many fishing boats were seized by Cà Mau Province Border Guard on Thursday for illegally transferring oil in Cà Mau Province sea.
The boat owners could not present the required bills, certificates and permissions for the transportation and trade of oil.
The provincial law enforcement agencies are completing dossiers and investigating the matter further.
