People in areas devastated by floods in the northern province of Thái Nguyên can stay for free at Thiêm Thanh Hostel near Nguyễn Huệ Primary School.

THÁI NGUYÊN - People in areas devastated by floods in the northern province of Thái Nguyên can stay for free at Thiêm Thanh Hostel near Nguyễn Huệ Primary School.
