The ceremony was held at the headquarters of N.H.O (44B Nguyen Van Troi, Ward 8, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC) with the participation of many guests, including partners, executive committee and employees.
At the event, the Organizing Committee shared the necessary factors for a building to achieve the LEED Certificate and updated the trend of green offices in Viet Nam. At the same time, attendees were also given answers to questions about operational efficiency and the advantages of a green office, such as optimising operating costs and improving employees both physically and mentally.
To achieve LEED certification, N.H.O headquarters must meet the seven most rigorous criteria from design to operation, including Innovation, Indoor Environmental Quality, Materials and Resources, Location and Transportation, Sustainable Sites, Energy and Atmosphere, and Water Efficiency.

LEED (Leadership In Energy And Environmental Design) is a set of standards in energy and environmental design developed by USGBC in 1995, in order to create energy-saving buildings and protect the living environment of people. With the ability to apply to many different types of buildings, LEED certification is recognised as a symbol of sustainability achievement that is applied to big green projects worldwide. And the LEED Certificate for the headquarters of N.H.O. is the result of the sustainable activities that N.H.O has implemented. N.H.O was established in 2012, operating in the real estate market. Over ten years of establishment and development, N.H.O is famous for deploying a variety of housing types throughout the provinces in Viet Nam. With the message "Harmony of People - Land - Community," N.H.O as a developer, always strives to understand each province, N.H.O infuses life into our master planning, weaves beauty into construction principles, and blends in aesthetic values without sacrificing safety and sustainability. We do not just build homes; we harmonise a wide array of rhythms, pulses, and vibes in a noble symphony of People - Land - and Community.
