Développement International Desjardins (DID) là tổ chức phi chính phủ, thuộc Tập đoàn Desjardins tại Canada. Tổ chức DID được thành lập với mục tiêu là hỗ trợ hệ thống quỹ tín dụng nhân dân (QTDND) trên toàn thế giới nói chung và tại Việt Nam nói riêng. DID đã tham gia vào nhiều dự án xây dựng và phát triển hệ thống QTDND tại Việt Nam từ năm 1993.

Từ năm 2016, Ngân hàng Hợp tác xã Việt Nam (NHHT) và DID cùng nhau triển khai và thực hiện dự án “Đẩy mạnh hệ thống Quỹ tín dụng nhân dân (QTDND) – STEP”. Dự án STEP được tài trợ chính bởi Bộ các vấn đề toàn cầu Canada (GAC).

Theo đề nghị của NHHT về việc thử nghiệm hệ thống thanh toán kết nối tự động hóa các giao dịch thanh toán chuyển tiền giữa NHHT và 10 QTDND trên lãnh thổ Việt Nam trong khuôn khổ dự án STEP, chúng tôi đang tìm kiếm nhà thầu có thể cung cấp thiết bị SD-WAN cho NHHT và các QTDND.

TENDER INVITATION: PURCHASE SD-WAN EQUIPMENTS FOR PEOPLE ‘S CREDIT FUND

Développement International Desjardins (DID) is a non-governmental organization, part of the Desjardins Group in Canada. The organization was established with the goal of supporting the co-operative credit unions around the world in general and in Vietnam in particular. DID has been involved in many projects to establish and develop the people credit funds (PCF) in Vietnam since 1993.

Since 2016, Co-opBank and DID have jointly implemented and implemented the project "Strengthening the People's Credit Fund Network – STEP". The STEP project is mainly funded by Global Affairs Canada (GAC).

At the request of the Co-opBank to test a payment system with automate transaction remittance / payment connectivity of the Co-opBank and 10 PCF in the territory of Vietnam under the STEP project, we are looking for a tender can provide SD-WAN equipment for the Co-opBank and the 10 PCFs.
