HCM CITY – Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel introduces ‘Straight Outta Seoul’, featuring unique culinary delights encompassing authentic tastes brought by a collaboration between Saigon Café, the leading buffet restaurant in town, and Sheraton Phú Quốc Long Beach Resort.

From now to June 16, foodies can indulge in a dining experience at the buffet counterhighlighted by a flavourful exploration of authentic Korean cuisine, starring Chef Daewon Kim, hailing from South Korea and currently based in Phú Quốc Island as Korean Chef de Cuisine at Sheraton Phú Quốc Long Beach Resort.

Customers can discover the best of Seoul through traditional Korean tastes, from savory broths, barbeque, fried chicken, bibimbap, kimbap, adorned with traditional banchan side dishes including kimchi, Korea’s national dish.

Led by Chef Kim who puts his heart and soul into his generation-old recipes, ‘Straight Outta Seoul’ boasts an extended live Korean food festival station for dinners.

Stephen Wright, Executive Assistant Manager Food and Beverage, said that over the past few years, Korean cuisine has gained a huge popularity in Vietnam thanks to K-pop and K-dramas.
