QUẢNG NINH — Investigators in the northern coastal province of Quảng Ninh have arrested Lê Duy Hạnh, 56, incumbent chairman of State-turned-shareholding Quảng Ninh Thermal Power JSC, for alleged abuse of power.
A representative of the provincial police told local media that the agency has not yet formally filed charges against Hạnh, though they have already taken legal proceedings in the case.
On March 22, Hạnh was summoned by local police to clarify information regarding forging documents related to the operation of the company.
