HÀ NỘI — “Set in a charming colonial villa with bucketloads of character, Quán Ăn Ngon is spread over two storeys. Our favourite spot is the spacious garden courtyard and its buzzy vibe. The extensive menu, which covers all the bases, takes you on a tour of Việt Nam with colourful photographs of each dish to help you make your selection. The cooking is fresh, flavourful and authentic. Even better, the prices won't break the bank,” said the Michelin Guide.
“On the banks of Thiền Quang Lake, Ngon Garden Restaurant, reminiscent of an Indochinese-style villa, boasts a patio surrounded by lush greenery. The menu features specialities from all over Việt Nam, alongside Asian delicacies of Chinese and Thai origins. From the century-old Bát Đàn phở recipe from Hà Nội and bún bò huế grilled beef from Nha Trang to fresh veggies from Đà Lạt and live seafood from all over the world, every dish is deftly crafted and delicately seasoned,” the Michelin Guide went on.
Phạm Bích Hạnh, General Director and CEO of the Quán Ăn Ngon Chain said: “We are very honoured to be Việt Nam’s only chain with two of our restaurants Quán Ăn Ngon and Ngon Garden, chosen by the Michelin Guide 2023.”
Hạnh expressed great thanks to the Michelin Guide’s recognition of naming and listing her Quán Ăn Ngon Chain on its culinary map.
“It is a big motivation to encourage us to promote more efforts to bring tasty and delicious Vietnamese cuisine to the world,” she said. VNS
