VNPT & MobiFone receive broadband service awards

The Việt Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) was honoured in the category for the best fixed broadband service in Việt Nam at the World Mobile Broadband and ISP Summit 2020.

HÀ NỘI — The Việt Nam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) has been honoured in the category for the best-fixed broadband service in Việt Nam at the World Mobile Broadband and ISP Summit 2020.

The award was presented by the International Data Group (IDG) Việt Nam and the Radio and Electronics Association of Việt Nam.

Meanwhile, MobiFone Telecommunications Corporation received an award for mobile broadband customer care.

The survey was conducted from January 1 to March 15 with the participation of more than 5,000 people who have been using mobile and fixed broadband services from various age groups, genders, occupations and incomes. — VNS
