Officials from the naval command of the north central coast carry the body of a fisherman whose boat sank because of Typhoon Damrey near Quy Nhơn Port back to the mainland. Environment Minister Trần Hồng Hà yesterday visited the waters around Quy Nhơn and Bình Định to direct search and rescue efforts for victims of the typhoon which has so far killed 69 people and left 30 others missing.
